Student Fellows
The Leadership Empowerment Project has established the following student criteria and characteristics of prospective LEP student participants.

Respected among peers, administration and/or community leadership.

Consistently maintains a 2.75 GPA or higher.

Prior history of leadership and presently engaged in at least one position of Leadership.

College administration (President, Dean, Professor/Advisor) or community Leader recommendation.
