Student Fellows
Thank you for your interest in LEP! The Leadership Empowerment Project (LEP) identifies rising leaders among freshman and sophomore college men of color and prepares them, through leadership training and mentoring, for graduation and for impactful careers in the public, private, and charitable sectors.
This application takes about 15–20 minutes to complete. To be eligible, you must (1) be a second-semester freshman or a sophomore, (2) have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher, and (3) attend a college or university within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA. Please answer every question thoughtfully. Your responses help our selection committee get to know you.
