Leadership Empowerment Project has partnered with John Maxwell to develop and implement the 22 Week Leadership Curriculum. This is one of many of the leadership partnerships that we have.
Phase 1 of the Program entails a 22 Week Curriculum, where participants learn the 21 Indispensable Qualities of a Leader.
Phase 2 of the Program involves mentorship matching, internship and job preparation strategies, as well as continued dialogue on what it takes to become an Effective Leader.
Phase 3 of the Program revolves around our alumni network consisting of recent LEP graduates and current mentors. Regular communication between both groups occur via our online portal in an effort to sustain the work accomplished. Interested in becoming an LEP partner or sponsor?
