Jerrund is the author of What Sales Leaders Do! – The 22 habits of an effective sales person, published in 2010 by Westbow Press. His second book, What Effective Leaders Do! – Golden Nuggets, will be published in 2018.
John, a distinguished leader in the healthcare industry, is equipped with 19 years of leading strategic planning and implementation, driving effective integrated services and utilization of medical resources to optimize health outcomes while also containing costs. John excels at establishing and managing relationships, communicating vision, strategy and implementing key initiatives.
Dr. Johnson is the Chief Medical Officer at Virginia Premier Health Plan where he delivers astute strategic leadership, steering clinical management and overall performance of the health plan.
John is also a member of the United States Army Reserves as a Colonel, Medical Corps. Here he provides leadership in development of medical policies and clinical operations, overseeing assessment and treatment programs and ensuring that Soldiers are provided with the highest standards of care, including access to specialist support services.
Kacee is the Director of Channel Commercialization for The Coca-Cola Company. She leads strategy for large format or supermarkets and mass merchandisers for Coca-Cola North America. In recent years, she has been the commercial lead for the Northern US for the largest Coca-Cola bottler.
With over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, Kacee has strong leadership, creative and communication skills. Her background spans government, healthcare and consumer goods. Her communication expertise was honed in the Executive branch of government within the White House’s press secretary’s office coordinating communications on a national and international platform. In healthcare with Eli Lilly and Glaxo-Smith Kline, Kacee managed multi-million dollar portfolios of pharmaceutical products for Fortune 500 companies. And in the consumer goods industry with Coca-Cola, Kacee develops strategies and executional plans for their $26 billion business.
Kacee holds a Journalism degree from Howard University. She is an active member of the Women’s Linc and Network of Executive Women organizations as well as in her community. She lives in the Alpharetta area with her husband, Brad and three children, Riley, BJ and Parker.
Fernando has over 36 years of leadership in areas of Legal Operations, Portfolio and Asset Management, and Capital Markets. His admirable career includes leadership roles with Aetna Life & Casualty, GE Real Estate, GE Capital Investment Advisors, SSR Realty Advisors, BlackRock Realty, and The Hanover Company.
Fernando presently serves as the Managing Director, Portfolio Management and Client Services for Hanover Investment Advisors, LLC. He is responsible for developing portfolio construction on behalf of clients of the firm consistent with the HIA’s strategy in target markets, and develops and manages client relationships.
He has also served on the Board of several non-profit organizations, including Greater Atlanta Christian School, where he has served as a Trustee for approximately 17 years and is currently serving as Chair, Board of Trustees.
Mr. Nasmyth is a graduate of Cornell University, where he earned a B.A in Government and a J.D. from Cornell Law School. He has also successfully completed the Certificate Program Alternative Dispute and Conflict Resolution offered at Abilene Christian University.
Earle is the founder and CEO of StoneAge Consulting, a sole-proprietorship consultancy, where he delivers customized Human Resources and Organizational Development solutions for small to mid-sized companies. He is a certified Professional in Human Resources® with over 15 years of Human Resources leadership experience. He has worked with both the for-and not-for-profit sectors in various industries including sales and distribution, education, and health science research. With an emphasis on the human resources of organizations, his work focuses on aligning operational objectives with the organization’s mission.
A native New Yorker, Dr. Hall relocated to Atlanta (for the third time) in 2012 from California where he earned his M.S. in Human Resources Management from Claremont Graduate University, and both his M.A. and Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University’s California School of Professional Psychology.
In additional to his consulting work, Dr. Hall is an adjunct professor at his alma mater, Morehouse College, where he teaches Industrial/Organizational Psychology. He also serves on the Board of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources as the Vice President of Marketing & Communications.
